Anonymous analysis: Clara processes approximate Ontario property, debt, income-range, employment, credit-range and timing information to calculate preliminary scenarios. No lead is created and scenario inputs/results are not retained by this MCP service. Operational logs contain request timing/status, fixed tool/outcome labels and anonymous usage labels used to improve the service: the menu choices used (such as mortgage type, term, property type or purpose), a coarse loan-to-value band and whether a search found anything. They never contain dollar amounts, typed text, contact details, results or anything that identifies you or your conversation. Retention: operational logs, including these usage labels, are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically; this service keeps nothing else. Your controls: you can disconnect this connector at any time in your AI assistant's settings, and questions or requests go to support@openfinancial.ca. Hosting providers and the AI assistant you use (such as Muse, ChatGPT or Claude) may separately process technical connection information. That assistant handles your conversation under its own policies.

Published rates: a rate search sends only directory filters (such as mortgage type, term, position and a loan-to-value band) to Open Mortgage Rates (https://openmortgagerates.ca), which supplies the published rate records. No name, contact detail, dollar amount or conversation text is sent, and search text is not retained by this MCP service.

Contact details: this connector does not ask for, receive or store your name, email address or phone number, and it sends nothing about you to Open Financial. If you want a licensed mortgage professional to review your situation, the connector gives you a link to Open Financial's own intake form. Anything you enter there goes directly to Open Financial and is handled under its privacy policy at https://www.openfinancial.ca/privacy.

Do not provide SIN, DOB, ID, banking credentials/account numbers, tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, exact credit bureau data or uploaded documents. Any later application uses the existing secure application process and separate disclosures.
